What this checkpoint proves
I can introduce myself and ask about others without notes.
The pass mark is advisory. A score below 80 percent means review, not failure.

Set up before you answer
Close the earlier lesson tabs. Keep paper nearby for one sentence if needed. Answer once from memory, then use the explanations to choose what to review. Three questions bring back greetings, introductions and vowel length from earlier modules.

Eight-question retrieval check
Your first 60-second monologue
- Set a timer for one minute.
- Say your name, city, country and nationality.
- Add two people and three objects around you.
Use at least one negative and one question. Listen once. Count full sentences, pauses longer than three seconds, and correct choices of am, is or are. Those are observable checks. “Sounding native” is not the goal.

ایک منٹ بولیں اور مکمل جملوں، لمبے وقفوں اور am، is، are کو چیک کریں۔
Use the result to choose one repair
Review Lessons 1 and 2 if subjects and verbs are mixed. Review Lesson 3 if negatives or questions stop you. Review Lesson 4 for this, that, these and those. Review Lesson 5 for one item, many items and a/an.

Keep one recording as evidence
Save today’s one-minute recording with the date. Repeat it after the next module. Comparing your own two recordings is more useful than guessing whether you have improved.
Small Urdu support
- meaning مطلب
Module 3 is connected
You can now identify people and things, choose am, is or are, make a negative, ask a question, point by distance and number, and form basic singular and plural noun phrases.
