MetaCyberGuru LTD builds Android apps, websites and AI integrations for businesses, and takes on freelance and contract software work. The company was registered in the UK in December 2023, but the person doing the work has more than 16 years of software-development experience. You deal directly with that person rather than an account manager.
Start here: email info@metacyberguru.com with what you are trying to build, and you will get a written scope and estimate rather than a sales call.
Android App Development
Native Android development in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, taken from an empty project through to a live Google Play listing. Most quotes stop at the code. The work that actually delays a launch is everything after it, and that is included here.
- Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, targeting current Play API requirements
- Google Play Console setup, release tracks, staged rollout and app signing
- The Data safety declaration, written to match what the app actually does
- Permission justifications, including the sensitive ones Play reviews by hand
- Crashlytics, Remote Config and consent handling for ads where relevant
- Store listing copy, screenshots and the assets Play asks for
We ship our own apps rather than only building for clients, so none of this is theory. See Secure Folder, an app lock and encrypted vault, Mock Location Route Simulator, a GPS testing tool, and Astra Recorder, a call recorder.
WordPress Development and Technical SEO
WordPress builds and custom plugins, plus the diagnostic work most agencies will not touch because it does not photograph well.
- Custom plugin and theme development
- LiteSpeed and caching configuration, including cache vary problems that quietly break hit rates
- Crawl and indexing diagnosis in Google Search Console, for sites where pages are found but never indexed
- Structured data, schema output and rich result eligibility
- Redirect chains, Core Web Vitals and server response time
AI and LLM Integration
Practical large language model work rather than demonstrations. The question we start with is which step of your existing process disappears, not which model is fashionable.
- API integration with tool calling and function calling
- Model Context Protocol servers that expose your own systems to an assistant
- Retrieval over your own documents, with the retrieval actually evaluated
- Automation that removes a manual step, with a way to tell whether it worked
We publish this work openly. Our Model Context Protocol guide and Python trading bot tutorial are both worked examples with running code.
Technical Writing and Documentation
Developer documentation, API references, onboarding guides and course material. Written by someone who can read the codebase, which removes the usual round trip between writer and engineer. The MetaCyberGuru Academy is our own published example.
How We Work and What It Costs
Two engagement models, and you can move between them.
- Fixed scope project. A written scope, a fixed price and a delivery date agreed before anything starts. Best when the outcome is clear, such as shipping an app to Play or fixing an indexing problem.
- Ongoing contract work. A block of days per month for continuing development, maintenance or a backlog. Best when the work is real but the end point is not yet defined.
Every engagement includes a written scope before work begins, direct contact throughout, and full handover of code, repositories and accounts at the end. What we build is yours.
Fixed scope projects start at USD 2,500. Ongoing contract work is billed by the day, from USD 400 per day, booked in blocks. Smaller pieces of work such as a Play Store rejection review or an indexing diagnosis are quoted individually and usually land well below the project minimum.
Those are starting figures, not a rate card. The final number depends on scope, and you get it in writing with a date before anything begins. Send a description of the problem and you will get a figure, not a brochure.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you work with clients outside the UK?
Yes. MetaCyberGuru LTD is registered in the United Kingdom and the work is delivered remotely from Karachi, Pakistan. Clients in the UK, the United States, the Gulf and Europe are all straightforward. We overlap with UK and Gulf working hours, and with US mornings.
Can you take over an existing app or website?
Yes, and this is a large part of the work. Inheriting a codebase somebody else wrote is normal. The first step is a short paid review that tells you what state it is actually in, before anyone commits to a rebuild.
My app was rejected by Google Play. Can you help?
Usually. Most rejections come from a small number of causes: a Data safety declaration that does not match the app’s behaviour, a sensitive permission without an accepted justification, or an Accessibility Service used for something the policy does not allow. We read the policy against your actual code rather than guessing at the wording.
Google has found my pages but is not indexing them. What is that?
That is the “Discovered, currently not indexed” state in Search Console, and it usually has one of two causes: the server is too slow for Google to crawl at volume, or Google has judged the pages low value. They need different fixes, and the first step is establishing which one you have rather than applying both.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, before any code or credentials are shared.
What do you not do?
We do not take on work we cannot do well. That includes native iOS development, enterprise ERP implementation, and anything that depends on buying links or gaming a platform’s rules. If a project is outside what we are good at, we say so at the first email rather than three weeks in.
