App support

Email info@metacyberguru.com with the app name, Android version, device model, and the exact steps that produced the problem. Screenshots are helpful, but remove account numbers, recovery PINs, private files, authentication codes, and other personal data first.

MetaCyberGuru does not need your password, recovery PIN, one-time code, WordPress Application Password, or private key to diagnose an ordinary support request. We will never ask you to publish those credentials in a comment.

Editorial corrections

If a course or article contains an error, send the page URL, quote the sentence in question, and link to an authoritative source where possible. Technical corrections are reviewed against official documentation before the page is updated. A disagreement is not automatically treated as an error, but every specific, evidence-backed report is considered.

Privacy and data requests

For questions about personal data, advertising cookies, or a MetaCyberGuru app’s data handling, use the subject line Privacy request. Read the MetaCyberGuru Privacy Policy and the app-specific privacy page first, as many requests can be answered there.

Software development and consultancy

For a project enquiry, describe the business problem, intended users, required platforms, current system, target schedule, and any fixed compliance requirements.
