Free camera app for Android 8.0 and newer, by MetaCyberGuru
CinematiQ Pro is a camera app for people who like to set up a shot before they take it. You pick a look in the viewfinder and see it live, shoot RAW alongside JPEG when your phone supports it, and record video at 24 frames per second for a film-like feel. Everything you shoot stays on your phone.
Get it on Google Play

Photo
- RAW + JPEG: saves a DNG next to the JPEG on phones whose camera supports RAW, so you have the full file to edit later.
- Night: shoots a short burst of frames and merges them for dim scenes.
- Portrait: blurs the background behind a person, and you choose how strong the blur is.
- Pro mode: ISO, shutter speed, exposure, manual focus and white balance, on phones that allow manual camera control.
- 1:1, 3:4 and other frame shapes, a self-timer and a grid.
Video
- Cinematic mode records at 24 frames per second.
- Regular video with sound, plus a Pro mode for video.
Looks and Studio
The look you pick in the viewfinder is the look you get: the saved photo matches the preview. Later, open any photo or clip from the built-in gallery in Studio to add a look, crop a photo or split a clip, then save a new copy. Clips with cuts, music or text are rendered in the background with a progress notification, and your original is never changed.
Shortcuts
Long-press the app icon to jump straight into Photo, Video, Night or the gallery.
Your photos stay on your phone
Photos and videos are saved to your phone’s gallery and are never uploaded. There is no account to create, and location is only added to photos if you switch it on. Usage analytics, crash reports and performance data can each be switched off under More, then Your data. The app is free and shows ads. The full details are in the CinematiQ Pro privacy policy.
