Four skills, one short checkpoint

Retrieval means pulling an answer from memory. It can feel harder than rereading, but the difficulty is useful. Give yourself a few seconds before checking.

Use the score as advice, not as a lock. Six correct answers out of eight suggests that you can continue. A lower score means revisit the matching lesson, then try again tomorrow.

Speaking is separate from choosing answers. A perfect quiz score does not prove that the alphabet or date comes out smoothly. Make the recording even if every answer is correct.

No certificate or level claim comes from this checkpoint. It confirms only that you completed these module tasks.

Errors are directions

Do not restart the whole course after one error. Reopen the lesson named in the feedback.

Do not read during the speaking check. Pause, remember, then speak.

Complete eight retrieval checks

Choose one answer. Read the reason after every mistake, then try the item again.

Make one foundations recording

1. Say A to Z without looking.
2. Say five numbers, then today’s day and date.
3. Read map, pen and sit. Record everything in one take.
