Effective date: August 22, 2026
These Terms govern your use of ADB Nexus, an Android device-management utility provided by MetaCyberGuru. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Authorized use only
Use ADB Nexus only with devices, accounts, networks, applications, and data that you own or have explicit permission to administer. You are responsible for confirming that your actions comply with applicable law, workplace rules, contracts, and device-owner instructions.
No security bypass
ADB Nexus uses Android’s authorized ADB interfaces. It does not grant permission to bypass lock screens, encryption, Android authorization, SELinux, app sandboxing, root controls, manufacturer restrictions, or third-party security measures.
Your responsibility
ADB commands can install or remove apps, move or delete files, change settings, stop processes, or otherwise affect a target device. Review commands and target details before executing them. Keep backups where appropriate. Safe Mode adds warnings and blocks selected high-risk write operations, but it cannot prevent every mistake or harmful command.
Compatibility and availability
Features depend on Android version, device hardware, USB OTG support, network configuration, manufacturer behavior, granted permissions, and target-device authorization. Some advanced operations require an already-rooted target or a debuggable target app. Features may change as Android and Google Play requirements evolve.
Third-party services
The app may use Google services including Firebase, Play Integrity, consent tools, and Google Mobile Ads. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. ADB Nexus may link to third-party resources, but MetaCyberGuru does not control their content or availability.
Intellectual property
ADB Nexus, its branding, original interface, and original documentation belong to MetaCyberGuru or its licensors. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse protected material except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Disclaimer and limitation
ADB Nexus is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee that every device, command, network, or workflow will work without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, MetaCyberGuru is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss resulting from unauthorized use, incorrect commands, device incompatibility, data loss, or third-party services.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or stop providing all or part of the service. The effective date will change when material revisions are published. Access may be restricted for abuse, unlawful use, security threats, or violations of these Terms.
