Before your first call

Call recording requires guided setup with the separate ADB Nexus app. Advanced recording needs Android 12 or newer and the phone’s main user profile. Follow the current in-app instructions shown on your own device.

Recording support depends on your phone, Android version, carrier, calling app and Bluetooth route. Make a short SIM or WhatsApp test call with the headset you plan to use, then listen back for both voices. Helper readiness alone does not guarantee audible call audio. Record only where lawful and obtain consent when required.
