Stage A Capstone: The Inbox Simulation is organised around a workplace decision, not a list of phrases. Practise with invented but realistic details, then adapt the language to your own authority, channel and relationship.

Use Stage A Capstone: The Inbox Simulation beyond the course

After the checkpoint, change one variable: the listener, purpose, channel or time pressure. Keep the central meaning from Monday, 9 a.m.: Your Inbox Is Waiting while adapting the delivery. This shows whether the language is available outside the model.

If the result becomes unclear, compare it with the outcome for the exact lesson involved. Correct that gap instead of restarting unrelated work.

How to know you are ready to continue
