Privacy Policy for CinematiQ Pro
This policy explains how CinematiQ Pro accesses, processes and protects information while providing camera, cinematic, social, editing, augmented-reality and AI-assisted features.
Local by default
Photos, videos and editing projects are processed and stored on your device by default.
No account required
CinematiQ Pro does not currently require registration or user login.
Optional location
Location is used only when you enable media geotagging or a supported location feature.
You stay in control
Optional permissions, AI services, metadata and sharing actions remain under your control.
CinematiQ Pro is developed and published by MetaCyberGuru. The app provides photography, video recording, cinematic effects, social-camera features, professional camera controls, augmented-reality effects and AI-assisted capture and editing.
Some third-party services integrated into the app may process limited technical, diagnostic, advertising or usage information according to their own privacy policies, as explained below.
1 Information and device permissions
CinematiQ Pro requests only the permissions needed to provide features selected by the user. Optional permissions can be declined, although related features may then remain unavailable.
2 Photos, videos, audio and projects
Photos, videos, audio recordings, depth information, cinematic metadata, editing history and project files are stored locally by default.
Camera frames may be processed temporarily to provide:
- Face, eye, person, pet and object tracking
- Cinematic focus and background blur
- Filters, beauty effects and augmented-reality effects
- Scene analysis and camera guidance
- Stabilization, enhancement and non-destructive editing
- Photo and video export requested by the user
Temporary analysis frames are not intentionally retained after processing unless they become part of a photo, video or project that you choose to save.
3 Face and augmented-reality processing
Some features may temporarily detect faces, facial landmarks, body position, gestures or objects visible in the camera view. This processing is used to position visual effects, improve focus and exposure, and provide optional beauty or portrait adjustments.
CinematiQ Pro does not use this processing to determine your identity, and MetaCyberGuru does not maintain a biometric identity database created from your camera content.
4 Snap Camera Kit
CinematiQ Pro may use Snap Inc.’s Camera Kit SDK to provide augmented-reality Lenses and interactive visual effects.
Camera Kit may process camera frames, microphone input, media and optional location information when required by the Lens selected by the user. Snap may also process limited technical, interaction, crash and performance information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Some Lens assets or functionality may require an internet connection. Users may be asked to accept applicable Snap terms before activating Camera Kit features.
5 Google Firebase services
CinematiQ Pro may use selected Firebase services for application stability, analytics, diagnostics, performance monitoring, configuration and notifications.
Depending on the services enabled in the installed version, Firebase may process:
- Firebase installation and application identifiers
- Device model, operating system and application version
- Application launches and feature interactions
- Crash reports and diagnostic information
- Application performance and stability information
CinematiQ Pro does not currently use Firebase Authentication to create user accounts.
6 Advertising
CinematiQ Pro may display advertisements through Google Mobile Ads or AdMob. Advertising services may process limited information for advertising, analytics, service delivery, measurement and fraud prevention.
| Information | Possible purpose |
|---|---|
| IP address | Network delivery, security and approximate location estimation |
| Advertising or application identifiers | Advertising, measurement and fraud prevention |
| Ad views, taps and app interactions | Analytics and advertising performance |
| Crash and diagnostic information | Reliability, security and service improvement |
7 AI camera and editing features
CinematiQ Pro may provide AI-assisted scene analysis, camera configuration, cinematic guidance, subject tracking, filter recommendations, editing assistance and agentic camera workflows.
On-device processing is preferred where supported. Availability depends on the device, Android version, installed AI services and selected application settings.
If an optional feature requires cloud-based AI processing, CinematiQ Pro will display a disclosure before selected information is transmitted. Cloud AI will not be silently enabled, and private media will not be automatically uploaded without an explicit user action or consent.

- Save, edit and export media requested by the user
- Provide AI-assisted camera and editing functionality

9 Data sharing
MetaCyberGuru does not sell your private photos, videos, audio recordings or personal cinematic projects.
Limited technical, advertising, usage or diagnostic information may be processed by service providers integrated into the app, including Snap and Google, under their respective agreements and privacy policies.
Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law, legal process or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, MetaCyberGuru or the public.
10 Storage, retention and deletion
Locally stored media and project data remain on your device until you delete them, clear the application’s storage or uninstall the application.
Photos or videos saved to a public gallery may remain on your device after CinematiQ Pro is uninstalled and must be removed through your gallery or file manager.

12 Children’s privacy
CinematiQ Pro is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly operate a child-account registration system or intentionally collect personal information directly from children under 13.
If we learn that information from a child has been handled contrary to applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to address or delete it.
